I place great importance on developing solutions that solve real problems. No technical showcases that look impressive but provide little value. The focus is always on the concrete added value for the product and the customer.
Another important aspect of my work is ensuring the long-term quality of the software. It's important to me to develop solutions that not only work today, but will still be maintainable, understandable and extensible in many years. Clean architecture, clear structures and a responsible approach to technical decisions form the foundation for this.
To quickly achieve reliable results, I work in short iteration cycles. Early feedback and continuous validation of ideas help minimize risks and adjust the course in time. This creates software that is both functionally and technically sound.
Communication is a central part of my working approach. I prefer short paths, direct coordination and open exchange. "Working in isolation" doesn't exist for me. Instead, I ensure full transparency: about the current status, about open tasks and about the next steps.
